Your regular Pool City service includes the standard chemicals needed to maintain properly balanced and sanitized pool water under normal operating conditions.
Occasionally, conditions outside normal maintenance can create unusually high chemical demand. Extended severe weather, tropical storms or hurricanes, flooding, major water replacement, excessive contamination, equipment failure or other extraordinary conditions may require additional treatment.
Extraordinary chemical treatment: When significantly more treatment than routine maintenance is required, an additional chemical charge may apply. Whenever practical, we’ll communicate with you before significant additional treatment or charges are incurred.
Standard chemical adjustments needed during normal weekly service are part of applicable service plans.
Specialty treatments, major algae recovery, storm cleanup and unusually high chemical demand are evaluated separately when needed.

OUR ANNUAL SERVICE SCHEDULE
Pool City operates on a 48-week annual service schedule. Our regular calendar includes 48 service weeks each year, allowing our team time away during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and two additional floating vacation weeks throughout the year.
Customers will receive advance notice before either floating vacation week. Monthly service pricing is based on this annual 48-week schedule and is billed consistently throughout the year.

Weather & safety: Severe weather, hurricanes, unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require us to modify a scheduled visit. When possible, customers will be notified of significant schedule changes.
